Dreamin' Wild
Feature Film – Directed by Bill Pohlad
Music Production & Recording by Sean Wolcott
Sean Wolcott led the music recording efforts for Dreamin’ Wild, a feature film starring Casey Affleck, Zooey Deschanel, Walton Goggins, Noah Jupe, and Jack Dylan Grazer. From pre-production through post, he served as producer, engineer, musician, and consultant. Working closely with director Bill Pohlad, Grammy-winning music producer Dave Cobb, and Donnie and Joe Emerson—the real-life subjects of the film—Wolcott ensured the music was captured with complete authenticity. Recordings were made using original analog gear in the same rural Washington studio where the Emerson brothers created their now-legendary album. He also worked hands-on with the actors during rehearsals and on set to help bring the musical performances to life.
